Hawrylak & Associates is the fulfillment of Steve’s vision. After a distinguished 33-year career working for utilities and utility supply houses, Steve founded the company on September 16, 2013. Prior to starting the company, Steve built an extensive network of friendships across the electric utility industry in the South-Central United States. During his prior career he worked in utility procurement, utility regulatory, distribution operations, distribution inside sales, distribution outside sales, distribution sales management, and distribution executive management. He worked for privately held distributors, cooperatively owned distributors, and investor-owned distributors. Through these experiences, the core values of Hawrylak & Associates were formed. Because of Steve’s leadership, the staff of H&A strives daily to live up to his example of integrity, curiosity, persistence, and humility.

In his off hours, Steve is most likely to be at Aggie sporting events, traveling, or playing with his grandchildren.
