Jules joined the H&A team with prior customer service, accounts payable, and inventory coordination experience. This background has given her an instinctual understanding of order management and transactional processes. Jules combines that expertise with a hunger for knowledge and a positive attitude. She has enthusiastically embraced the challenge of cross training herself on the inside sales practices of every factory we represent. This flexibility makes her invaluable to the team.

Away from work, Jules enjoys crafting, baking, and spending time with the family.
