Benjy comes to H&A with a wealth of experience gained in sales for a factory in the telecom market. This is key for his territory because of the volume of fiber-to-the-home work being installed, specified, and project managed from there. Many of our factories exist in both the utility and telecom space. Benjy’s knowledge has helped our whole team to better bridge the gap between these converging markets. Benjy also brings with him a strong background in implementing CRM systems. Through his early leadership, H&A is adopting an internal CRM platform which will provide valuable intelligence to our team and our client factories.

In his off time, Benjy is playing indoor soccer or ultimate frisbee. He also enjoys gardening with his wife.
