Jacob came to H&A with a degree in Sociology and 15 years of experience as a lineman. 13 of those years were spent at OG&E. The other 2 years were in California working on wild fire restoration. Because of his unique blend of education and work experience Jacob has both an intimate knowledge of line work and people. His field experience is invaluable for teaching the rest of us how to approach the line crews. Jacob excels at calling on every level of an organization. From the warehouse to the manager, Jacob treats every position at the customer with the dignity and respect that they deserve. His character, temperament, and level head make him a reliable and welcome presence for our factories and customers alike.

During his off time, Jacob takes his family to explore the great outdoors where they enjoy hunting, fishing, and hiking.
