Prior to joining the Inside Sales team, Eleanor was the company’s first Corporate Administrator. That experience gave her a strong understanding of back office transactional work flows. As a result, she is the person that we turn to with our most complex process and data challenges. Never someone to back down from a challenge, she uses her keen mind and great instincts for the customers’ needs to bridge the gap with the factory’s capabilities. Eleanor takes on these complicated projects with a calmness and professionalism that is unmatched. Eleanor rightfully prides herself on providing factories and customers with fast, reliable and actionable information.

In her off-time Eleanor enjoys running, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
